Landhaus Zauser is situated at the edge of the village of St. Jakob, just a few minutes from the cable cars. Getting from Landhaus Zauser to the centre of the action is easy with the convenient and comfortable ski bus. The ski bus stops frequently and at regular intervals.

The holiday region of St. Anton am Arlberg offers ideal conditions for cross-country skiing. A range of different cross-country trails wind through the stunning mountain environment, offering a sporting experience of a different kind. Forty kilometres of top-prepared trails of various levels of difficulty, take you up close and personal through the wonderful winter landscape. Whether you are a beginner or a professional, St. Anton am Arlberg caters to all styles and speeds. Alongside the classic cross-country tracks, there are wide tracks for skating.

Use of the cross-country tracks and the ski buses are free with the guest card. All you need is cross-country equipment which can be rented in the local sports shops.

The natural toboggan run on the local mountain of Gampen is extremely popular with winter sports enthusiasts due to its long length. From the mountain station on Gampen at 1,800 meters, the well-lit toboggan run winds down 4 kilometres to the valley floor in Nasserein.

The toboggan run is of medium difficulty and open daily from 12 midday to 4.15 pm. The floodlit run is also open every Tuesday and Thursday evening between 7.30 and 9.30 pm for tobogganing at night.
