We love what we do with all our hearts. Our names are Christine and Alois Zauser and we and our family run Landhaus Zauser. For decades, we have been deeply rooted in this community and we love welcoming guests to the enchanting Arlberg region. We would like you to feel at home with us during your stay. Our goal today, as in the past, is to be here for you and to help you fulfil all your holiday wishes.
Landhaus Zauser is the perfect location to take a breather and just relax. On the sunny side of the Arlberg, it is nestled in the valley between majestic mountains on two sides and it is surrounded by forests and fields. Although it is situated in a quiet part of St. Jakob, it is not far from all the action. In just a few minutes, the ski bus and the night bus can comfortably and quickly transport you to the facilities of the Arlberg Cable Car Company and the vibrant village centre. We also have enough space for you to conveniently park your car at Landhaus Zauser.

Relax in the Zauser wellness area after an eventful day on the mountains and take time to wind down and recover. Our wellness area has a Tirolean sauna, a steam bath, a rustic, sensory shower and a relaxation area. Enjoy some downtime, recharge your batteries, and just relax.
Enjoy our fresh, healthy and, above all, tasty breakfast buffet in the special atmosphere of a genuine Tirolean ‘Stube’ with surrounding views of the Arlberg mountains. From early on each day, we spoil you with freshly baked bread, harvest fresh fruit and vegetables, local dairy products, regional meat and cheese specialties, jams, refreshing drinks, noble tea varieties and freshly roasted coffee.
