Prices in Euro per room and day excluding local tax of € 5,00 per person and per day. Room prices incl. breakfast!

Short stay surcharge up to incl. 2 nights: € 5,00 per person.
Deposit: At reservation we ask for a deposit in the amount of 40%.

Prices in Euro per apartment and day excluding local tax of € 3,00 per person and per day and plus final cleaning costs.

Final cleaning: € 40,00 per stay in the apartments
Short stay up to incl. 2 nights: € 5,00 per person
Breakfast for apartments: € 15,00 per person and per day /5-12 years € 10,00
Bread roll service is possible.
Deposit: At reservation, we ask for a deposit in the amount of 40%.

Unless otherwise agreed, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply with modification of the cancellation policy §5 paragraph §5.5 and §5.6.

Cancellation conditions Landhaus Zauser
Not so seldom it comes differently than one thinks, and the booked vacation must be cancelled or prematurely broken off. Whether you can not start your vacation at all or have to return earlier, the right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the following cancellation conditions apply:

booked stay from 01 November to 30 April
– Up to 30 days before arrival free of charge Cancellation
– 30 days to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
– 14 to 1 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount
– In case of late arrival and/or early departure or no-show, the booked stay will be charged.
– In order to fix your booking, we ask you for a deposit of 50% of the total amount to our account.

Should you not be able to arrive – because the borders are closed, St. Anton is not accessible or your home municipality/city is in “lockdown”, you can cancel free of charge until the day of arrival.
If there is a travel warning in your country for our region, which affects your travel period, and you would have to be in quarantine after your departure, your booking can also be cancelled free of charge.
However, if our hotel is available, but you do not wish to travel due to the current situation, then cancellation charges will apply, unless it is a suspected or confirmed case of Corona on your part or in your family etc., in which case it would be covered by the travel cancellation insurance. Please ask your travel insurance company about this!

And if something comes up? We would like to save you unnecessary costs and the associated hassle. Therefore we recommend the conclusion of a Travel insurance, in order to be able to arrange your vacation carefree. Here you will also find information in case you cannot start your trip in connection with Covid-19.

Children from the age of 5 are welcome to stay with us. Baby cribs or high chairs are not available.
